This antibody reacts with LAIR-1 a type I transmembrane glycoprotein member of LAIR family in the Ig superfamily.
The expression of leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor-1 (also known as LAIR1, LAIR-1 or CD305), an inhibitor of B-cell receptor-mediated signaling, has been reported to be lacking in high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

This reagent is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for flow cytometric analysis using 1 test for 10E6 cells.
