This antibody reacts with the CD11a- antigen, located on the alpha-L chain of LFA-1 complex (Lymphocyte Function-associated Antigen-1), which is expressed on mature immunocompetent lymphocytes and their neoplastic counterparts, granulocytes and monocytes.

Recomended usage
CD11a, clone TP1/40, is a mAb intended for identification/enumeration of human leucocytes using FCM. This reagent is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
