Storage Store in the dark at 2-8°C.

Recomended usage

– Before use, temper the buffer between +18ºC y +24ºC (room temperature) for 30 minutes.
– If crystallization is observed in the concentrated buffer during storage, warm to 37ºC and properly shake before diluting.
– Dilute the contents of the 10X assay buffer to 1X (PBS) in PBS 1X, for use flow cytometry assays (Exosomes and SARS-CoV-2 Immunostep Assays). To carry out the dilution, the amount required for the assays is removed from the concentrate bottle and diluted 1:10 in PBS 1X.
