Today, all techniques used for both diagnosis and research must have negative controls. In Flow Cytometry, these are known as Isotypic Controls. With these it is possible to ensure that our results are reliable.
The antibody specificity of the mouse IgG3 produced by clone PPV-07 was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of live mouse, rat, and human tissues.

Recomended usage

Isotype control IgG3, clone PPV-07, is mAb against synthetic hapten, not present in mammalian. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
