The evaluation of cell surface Lambda/Kappa expression can identify clonally restricted B lymphocyte populations and thus can aide in the diagnosis of hematologic malignancy. Several B cell disorders are associated with decreased levels of Kappa/Lambda at the cell surface.

Buffer

The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium Azide (NaN3).
Immunogen

The multicolour reagent Lambda/Kappa polyclonal antibody derives from rabbit. The anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody derives from human tonsil.
Concentration

Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration. Typically 0,05 mg/ml.

Recomended usage

Immunostep’s lambda/kappa/CD19, is intended for simultaneous detection and enumeration of kappa light chains and lambda light chains. This reagent is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for flow cytometric analysis using 1 test for 10^6 cells.
