This antibody reacts with the HLA-DR-antigen of human B lymphocytes. The antibody reacts with the cells of the monocytic lineage, with myeloblasts and promyelocytes and the cells of B lymphocyte lineage. Polymorphonuclear leukocytes and platelets are found negative.
