This antibody reacts with the CD6-antigen, which is expressed on most thymocytes and peripheral T lymphocytes, but not on all B lymphocytes, the majority of T lymphocytes expressing TCR, NK cells, monocytes, or granulocytes.
The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium Azide (NaN3).

Recomended usage
CD6, clone MAE-1C10, is a mAb intended for the identification/enumeration of human mature T & a sub-population of B cells in peripheral blood using FCM. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
