This antibody reacts with the CD45-antigen, defined T200 or Leucocyte Common Antigen. The antibody reacts with all cells of the haemopoietic lineage, not with cells of other lineages. The mouse monoclonal antibody HI30 recognizes all isoforms of human CD45 antigen (Leukocyte Common Antigen), a 180-220 kDa single chain type I transmembrane protein expressed at high level on all cells of hematopoietic origin, except erythrocytes and platelets.
CD45 is important in promoting cell survival by modulating integrin-mediated signal transduction pathway and is also involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.
The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium Azide (NaN3).
Immunogen
Human Peripheral Blood Leucocytes.
Concentration
Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration. Typically 0,05 mg/ml.
Recomended usage
CD45, clone HI30 is a mAb intended for the identification/enumeration of T200 protein using FCM. This reagent is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
