FcεRI is a tetrameric receptor complex composed of one α-subunit (FcεRIα), one β-subunit, and two γ-subunits. FcεRIα directly binds IgE with high affinity, while the β- and γ-chains are responsible for mediating intracellular signals.
The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium Azide (NaN3).
Immunogen
Recombinant Extracellular Domain of FcεR1α.
Concentration
Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration. Typically 0,05 mg/ml.
Recomended usage
Immunostep’s anti-human FcεR1 (CRA-1) clone AER-37, is a monoclonal antibody intended for the identification of FcεR1α, a 50kD transmembrane protein with Ig superfamily structure found on mast cells and basophils, which is also known as the high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor subunit alpha, using flow cytometry. This reagent is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for flow cytometric analysis using 1 test for 10^6 cells.
