Uso recomendado

– Before use, temper the buffer between +18ºC y +24ºC (room temperature) for 30 minutes.
– Samples are diluted 1:20 sample diluent buffer (1X) and mixed with a cortex agitator according the below figure. Diluted samples should be assayed within 8 hours.
