This antibody reacts with the CD20- antigen. The reactivity of 2H7 MoAb has a bit wide including some dendritic cells, endothelial cells on vessels epithelial cells, some macrophages and some activated T cells. CD20 antigen is present on 8-16% of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD20 MoAb recognizes type III unglycosylated phosphoprotein which crosses the cell membrane four times called TM4.
