With these it is possible to ensure that our results are reliable.The antibody specificity of the mouse IgG1 produced by clone B11/6 was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of live mouse, rat, and human tissues.

Isotype control IgG1, clone B11/6, is mAb against synthetic hapten, not present in mammalian. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
