Los <strong>kits de apoptosis MitoStep<\/strong> miden los cambios en el potencial de membrana mitocondrial con una soluci\u00f3n del colorante cati\u00f3nico de cianina DiIC1(5).<\/p>\n<p>En las c\u00e9lulas sanas, especialmente en las mitocondrias con potenciales de membrana activos, el colorante se acumula.
